In a large bowl, whisk the butter and sugar for about 2 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. 2. Add eggs and vanilla and beat for another 2 mins. 3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until you get a coarse dough. 4. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder with half of the dough and stir until it’s even. 5. Now you have two doughs: one brown and one white. Make small balls of each dough. Each ball weighs about 15 grams. 6. Roll out each piece of dough into thin rolls of about 10-12 cm. Then roll a brown roll and a white roll together and shake gently until it is smooth and in one hand. Then shape it into a candy cane. 7. Stick the cookies on an oven tray covered with grease paper. 8. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (about 180 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes. 9. After baking, let the cookies sit on the tray for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a wire mesh to cool completely. 10.
